For those of you who have already ordered gear, thank you for supporting our school.

School Picture Day is coming Monday, October 6. Forms to purchase photos are coming home with your child today. Everyone will get their photo taken for the yearbook regardless of whether you decide to purchase photos or not.

If you would like to recognize your child with an 8th grade ad, they are due no later than Friday, December 12. Contact Mrs. Anderson if you have any questions.

If you’re planning to go on the 8th grade field trip to Islands of Adventure, you must turn in your permission slip AND $75 deposit by Friday, October 10 to Mrs. Miller in Room 134.

The deadline to submit baby pictures for the yearbook is November 14. You may email it to Mrs. Anderson (jennifer.anderson@wcsb.us) or bring in a physical copy and she will scan it. You may also upload it to the Yearbook Snap App. The password for the app is: Wildcats2026
Only one baby picture per student may be submitted.

Please refer to the parent permission forms included for students to receive an on-sight physical. This is a great opportunity for all athletes at WMS to go ahead and get their physicals early. This will take place at 2:30 pm on Monday, Sep 29 in the Wakulla Middle School lunchroom. Contact Coach Reeves if you have any questions. Go Wildcats!

For Art in Education Week (September 8-12) , Ms. Phipps 3D Art class made Zentangles. This project taught students how to use lines, patterns, and contrast in order to create cool and unique artworks. Zentangles are also a good way to use art as a way to relax because making the patterns has a calming effect on the brain!
