Turn your completed Parent consent form to Student Services - Ms. Matson
The SWAT Club will need active participants and student officers for President, Vice President, and Secretary
To participate in meetings and activities:
- I need all parent-signed participation forms returned to Ms. Matson in Student Services
- You must sign in during the meeting to be counted for attendance.

SWAT t-shirts will be delivered to all students who attend at least 2 meetings and have returned a signed participation form.

Students Working Against Tobacco is Florida’s statewide youth organization working to mobilize, educate, and equip Florida youth to revolt against and deglamorize Big Tobacco. If you are in 6th- 12th grades and interested in joining SWAT, please see Tenaya Jones on meeting days during 1st and 2nd lunch.
